As a Manager Accountancy & Advice, you will be carrying out advisory work for clients from various sectors in different locations around the world.
Working at Mazars means that, as a part of the Accountancy & Advice team, you make a valuable contribution to the quality of our services by working professionally and accurately.
Within your function as Manager Accounting & Advice you work among others on the risk-based preparation of annual accounts, with a focus on client portfolio of Global China Services (GCS). You are responsible for independently managing the client portfolio and optimizing the service and internal organization in conjunction with existing and future regulations. In addition, you are involved in coaching assistants and maintaining contacts with various disciplines within Mazars. As a Manager you are the relationship manager with especially Chinese clients.
Within the Accounting & Advice Team, you will be the contact window with their Chinese clients. As a spin in the web, you answer the questions from the clients concerning day to day financial administration and annual accounts compilation. To strive for a smooth and clear communication with clients and explain the quality standards of Mazars when asking clients to deliver accounting data’s to your team. In the process of service delivery and the client acquisition, you should be confident in bridging the expectations and needs between the clients and Mazars professionals, which is often beyond the languages. Your ultimate goal is to team up with various Mazars service lines to provide tailored solutions for their demanding clients and to assure the client deliver the quality financial administrations in a timely and orderly manner.

Jouw profiel
- You have a completed education in Accountancy (chartered accountant)
- 5-10 years work experience in professional accounting field
- Native Chinese speaker with an excellent command of English and Dutch profound understanding of Chinese business culture
- IFRS and/or Chinese GAAP knowledge
- You are able to act independently, in a solution-oriented way
- You are honest and professionally critical
